APRIL 29: Choosing the Paint Color by Popular Vote {Li’l Bro’s color tahiti won out over the others}
MAY 1: Planning for Electronics {iPod/ethernet plugs in wall}
MAY 5: Paint on the walls
MAY 6: Back at home packing books, puzzles, games … oh my
MAY 13: Built-in bookshelves going in along with crown molding
MAY 15: {24} Boxes of Books/Games/Manipulatives/Classroom materials are PACKED at home and ready for their new home
MAY 16: Hardwood flooring being laid by Papa, Curly, Larry and Mo along with Mr. D
MAY 18: Spraying the Bookshelves
MAY 23: Painting YELLOW in the back of the 28 shelves {My sweet hubby spent 4 hours painting these after staying up until 1:30 AM the night before painting the ceiling; who needs the lottery when you have a guy like that!}
MAY 24: The Prez (that is the hubs) tells me I can start FILLING those bookshelves on Saturday! Pictures to FOLLOW!!!
This is a gorgeous room. I would love to have a library like this in my home one day.
